Damaged Goods: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or thawed due to mishandling during shipping or any other reason, please notify us immediately. We will gladly provide a refund or replacement, along with any necessary assistance to rectify the situation. Please indicate this to our delivery personnel while receiving the product.
Return Policy: Due to food safety regulations, we typically do not accept returns of frozen perishable goods unless there is a quality issue or damage during transit. However, if you have concerns about your purchase, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of perishable items, we are unable to accept returns for items that have already been delivered or picked up. However, if you believe your perishable item does not meet our quality standards or if there was an error with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item.
Shipping Policy
We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and timely shipping. Please read the following information to understand our shipping policy.
Order Processing Time: All our confirmed orders placed within the day’s fixed purchase window will be processed and delivered to the Food Outlets the following day between 6am and 12pm.
Shipping Methods and Rates: We offer free delivery for all our orders meeting the Minimum Order Quantity at the time of Order Completion. We follow expedited shipping method given the perishable nature of products on the platform with a next day morning delivery.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been completed, you will receive your order confirmation and detailed invoice. You can use the order number for any information regarding your order.
Delivery Time Estimates: All deliveries will be completed between 6am and 12pm on the day following the Date of Order Placement.
Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. Please also see our Refund and Returns Policies.
